Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Arrangements
Orders placed through Midwest Gaming and Collectibles, LLC d/b/a Collector's Campus are fulfilled and shipped using reputable third-party carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers depending on destination, order size, and service availability.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends, holidays, and preorder or special-order items.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, shipping method selected, and destination. Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed prior to order confirmation.
Free or promotional shipping offers, when available, will be clearly stated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and shipping method but generally range from 3–7 business days for domestic U.S. shipments after the order has been processed. Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak shipping seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns, Cancellations, and Amendments Policy
Order Cancellations and Amendments (Before Dispatch)
Customers may request to cancel or amend an order prior to shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, it can no longer be canceled or amended.
Final Sale Policy for Trading Card Products
All trading card products, including but not limited to:

Sealed booster packs

Booster boxes

Elite Trainer Boxes

Preconstructed decks

Single trading cards
are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the product is defective.
This policy exists due to the collectible nature of trading card products and the inability to verify product integrity once opened or handled.
Defective Products
If a trading card product is received in a defective condition (such as factory damage or manufacturing defects), customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Midwest Gaming and Collectibles, LLC d/b/a Collector's Campus will handle such cases in accordance with applicable Iowa consumer protection and return laws.
Where applicable, we may require documentation or photographs to assess the issue before offering a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Liability for Delayed, Lost, or Misrouted Orders
Midwest Gaming and Collectibles, LLC d/b/a Collector's Campus is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, liability for delivery timing rests with the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in filing carrier claims or tracking shipments when issues arise.
Lost or Misrouted Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with the carrier to pursue a resolution.

Any supplementary costs incurred by the customer due to carrier errors (including delays, misrouting, or loss) are not the responsibility of Midwest Gaming and Collectibles, LLC d/b/a Collector's Campus, unless otherwise required by law.
Shipping insurance, when available, may be offered at checkout to provide additional protection.
